Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY: 

Order processing time is 1-3 business days for IN-STOCK merchandise Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. For orders that contain "made-to-order, custom or limited edition" items, it may take longer and we'll contact you with those details ASAP. 

After your order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number provided by the shipping carrier. Once an item has left A Permanent Vacation or one of it's affiliates, it is up to the customer to track this order. A Permanent Vacation is not responsible for lost or stolen product.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped as fast as it can. If you think your order has experienced a delay that exceeds normal processing and shipment time, please let us know at info@a-permanent-vacation.com

Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping is not pre-paid and is at the expense of the customer.

A Permanent Vacation reserves the right to decline any order. Each order will be reviewed by A Permanent Vacation before each shipment and the cancellation of the order may be a result of shipping destination, customer history and inconsistencies with billing and shipping information. Credits to accounts will be made within 1-3 business days. 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY: 

We will except returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition in order to qualify for a return or exchange. Please contact us for instructions and authorization for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Once we receive your return we will process your refund. We do not refund shipping charges or credit card fees. All returns must be fully insured. Refunds will not be given on items damaged or lost in shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange. Products that have been used, damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted. Valid claims will be processed within a normal time. Invalid claims will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
